David García Arias is a researcher at the Evidence and Deliberation for Decision-Making Unit (UNED) at the University of Antioquia in Colombia. He is a political scientist and holds a Master’s degree in Government and Public Policy from EAFIT University. He has worked as a university professor and as a public policy analyst at EAFIT University and the Mayor’s Office of Medellín. At UNED, his work has mainly focused on developing evidence syntheses to inform decision-making in public health.
Silvia Nicté Villatoro Rodríguez is a researcher at the Evidence and Deliberation for Decision-Making Unit (UNED) at the University of Antioquia in Colombia. She is a medical doctor with a specialization in Comprehensive General Medicine from the Latin American School of Medicine in Havana and holds a master’s degree in Clinical Epidemiology from the University of Antioquia. She has worked as a Clinical Epidemiology lecturer at the university’s Faculty of Medicine. Her experience at UNED has been primarily focused on developing evidence syntheses to inform public health decision-making.
